No Shortcuts That Compound Do they take the harder right path over the easier wrong one? Do they resist quick fixes?
Own the Product Stack Do they want to understand how things work, not just use them? Do they contribute upstream?
Information as Infrastructure Do they value logging, metrics, documentation? Do they read before asking?
Root Cause Everything Do they accept "it's working now" or dig deeper? Do they document their debugging?
Build Strategic Relationships Do they see support tickets as relationship opportunities? Do they understand organizational dynamics?
